He walks the house with you, measures, and asks what you want changed. Bring your color ideas or your HOA rules.You get a written estimate
The estimate lists the surfaces, the prep and the paint, so you can compare it line by line.Prep comes first
Floors and fixtures are covered and masked. Cracked stucco, failed caulk and dented drywall are patched before any paint goes on.Paint, check, clean up
